India and US are negotiating a trade package by ironing out trade issues with an aim to promote the two-way commerce.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has pledged to grow India to a $5-trillion economy by 2024.
The programme will make foreign exchange credit available to exporters at competitive rates, said Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal.

India has 162 lakh tonnes of sugar stock, of which 40 lakh tonnes is buffer stock and 60 lakh tonnes will be exported.
In 2018-19, the bilateral trade between the countries stood at USD 8.3 billion.
The commerce minister's visit would see major announcements on collaborative projects with Russia.
Out of these 141 trains, Flexi fare is applicable in 32 trains for nine months only.
Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said these funds have raised a corpus fund of Rs 25,728 crore.
