The project in Kharadi will offer 3 BHK apartments for Rs 1.3 crore and 4 BHK for Rs 1.6 crore

The high-rise towers will make use of a unique T-shaped architecture, offering three and four BHK apartments (with servant room) that are open on three-sides. Also on offer are garden homes with private courtyards and a mounded plantation around. While the three BHK units are for Rs 1.3 crore, the four BHK units are for Rs 1.6 crore, the company said in a statement.
The project will be created by one of the leading International landscape architecture studios, WAHO from New Zealand, inspired by the rolling greens of Tuscany in Italy.
A 10,000 sq ft clubhouse offers an array of amenities like a multipurpose hall, steam and sauna baths, gymnasium aerobics room, indoor games room and an audio-visual room. The club also features a jogging track in between the mounds that mimic the Tuscan hills, as well as shaded pavilions and a poolside café.
The project will also comprise a meditation hall amidst a landscaped party lawn and multi-sport zones including a full-sized tennis court, acupressure paths for senior citizens.
The project will also comprise a kids’ zone, which has designated play areas and as well as a crèche. Amongst other facilities, concierge and housekeeping services will also be provided, the statement claimed.
