Supertech, a Delhi-based real estate developer, is coming up with a limited edition super-luxurious private villas, Ritz Chateaux, in Sector 74, Noida.

The villas will be available in two sizes of 367 sq yd (3,303 sq ft) and 660 sq yd (5,940 sq ft) and will offer amenities like private swimming pools, waterfalls, Jacuzzi, airy interiors and verdure gardens. The price will start from Rs 12 crore.

These designer villas offers personal glass elevator equ­ipped with CCTV camera to make it a complete private affair alongwith, car parking space and personal library.

The entertainment zone provides for pool table, bridge desk, chess corner, carom table, apart from other indoor gaming zone.

The entrance gate of the villa boasts of sensor-based device, which allows the owner to enter the gate without any human intervention.

Additional pantry at the second floor will help in organising a quick feast for the guests assembling on any occasion. Ritz Chateaux comes with a designer party area with Jacuzzi/lap pool and designer walk in closet.
