SARE launches Shreyas villas in Chennai
SARE Homes, an FDI real estate developer with integrated residential townships across India, has announced the launch of its new project ‘Shreyas Villas’ near Singaperumalkoil, off Grand Southern Trunk Road, a fast developing industrial and residential growth corridor of Chennai. These are villas that give buyers ‘space’ of their own —an independent plot with no wall sharing. Built inside a 62-acre township called SARE MeadowVille, these villas also enable owners to expand the living space at a later stage. The ‘expandable’ factor helps the owners to actually reduce the purchase price and save considerably on the initial outlay.

“We have received an overwhelming response from the Chennai market as well as industry recognition to both our townships in GST and on the OMR, and are excited to bring new products to Chennai,” says David Walker, executive director, SARE Homes. The villas come in three types with sizes ranging between 2,316 sq ft and 2,616 sq ft. The price ranges between Rs 61.5 lakh to around Rs 66 lakh.

SARE MeadowVille, strategically located between the automobile hub of Ford, Mahindra World City and Oragadam industrial estate, not only caters to lifestyle needs of prospective homeowners, but also maximises the value of investments.

SARE MeadowVille offers high-end amenities like 24/7 power back-up, round-the-clock security, a 20,000 sq ft club house with three swimming pools, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, jogging track, two badminton courts, indoor games room for snooker, carrom, a coffee shop and a banquet hall.
