Rustomjee Group has recently launched Rustomjee Azziano, a luxurious res­idential tower in Thane district.

The project is present inside Rustomjee Urbania, an int­eg­rated township. Azziano com­prises two and three-bedroom hall and ki­tchen apartments. The two be­droom flats are of around 1,135 sq ft, while the three bedroom flats are of around 1,570 sq ft. The price starts from Rs 8,000 per sq ft. Rustomjee Ur­bania is a 127-acre integrated township at Thane comprising of 3,000 residential units.

This 14-tower project is spread across 13 acres. Tower A and B have been recently launched and each tower will comprise 24 habitable floors, in addition to four levels of parking, the com­pany said in a statement.

Percy S Chowdhry, director, Rustomjee, said that Thane is em­erging as a key centre of futuristic growth in the Mumbai Metr­opolitan Region (MMR) because it offers good social, along with substantial lifestyle, residential options to the homebuyers.

“Rustomjee Azziano is a plush residential 14 tower project pr­esent inside Rustomjee Urbania that comprises two and three-BHK homes and is poise to give its customer a complete experience of staying in luxurious en­vi­r­onment,” he added.

Chowdhry said that the co­mpany has launched the project before the festive season because consumers mostly wait to buy their properties around this time.

“The festive season, especially Dussehra and Diwali, is not only considered to be an auspicious period for home buying, but various incentives and discounts offered by developers also makes it lucrative for buyers. Year-on-year we receive an overwhelming response for our projects, during the festive season,” Chowdhry added.
