“Chennai today is synonymous with growth and is one of the most vibrant investment destinations in the country. With manufacturing, hospitality and healthcare among other industries witnessing a boom, there is a huge need for quality realty developments that can complement this trend and our offerings will meet the city’s requirements,” says Irfan Razack, CMD, Prestige Group.
“The plan for leasing the mall space started two years before its formal launch now. Right from the beginning, we wanted it to be a mall that will cater to the catchment areas and to to have the right mix of brands, including the best of the local brands. We also positioned it as a mall that will cater to the middle and upper middle class segment. The response from the public within days of its inauguration proved our planning was right,” says S Raghunandan, CEO-retail, Prestige Group. zz
