Orris Infra unveils Business Square in New Gurgaon

The project, which is spread over an area of 9.5 acres of land, has three towers that will offer office space and also includes a convention centre, 5-star and business hotels, according to the company. A 5-star hotel is also being built on A 2 lakh sq ft of land. The price of the plots is approximately Rs 6,500 per sq ft.

“The market response has been good until now. We have already sold 100,000 sq ft area of the first tower. Gurgaon has become a perfect business hub and our project will definitely suit the need of every company because it has all kinds of infrastructure and facilities,” Vijay Gupta, chairman and managing director, Orris Infrastructure, said. The company claims the scheme will be an ideal destination for MNCs and big companies.

“We are coming up with budget hotels as well as a 5-star hotel in this commercial complex and have tied-up with Switzerland based, Move-n-pick Hotels & Resorts,” Gupta said.

Designed by international architect ACPL, the key highlights of the project include furnished lobbies, widely spread out central atrium of triple height showered with natural light, landscaped park and paved pathways.

The property would be backed by infrastructural facilities like central air conditioning, 100 per cent power backup, 24x7 security, hi-speed elevators, multi-level basement parking, gym and open terrace restaurant, wi-fi enabled fast internet access and fire safety as per global standards.

The construction of Business Square will start in January 2011 and is expected to be completed by December 2013.
