Orchards villa project to come up  near Devanahalli
North Bangalore is set to witness another landmark development with the announcement of Brigade Group’s Orchards project, a mega integrated project located at Devanahalli. The project, which set to be developed in five years, is an addition to the Bangalore’s growing list of villa projects.

Brigade Orchards is a completely integrated and inclusive enclave spread over 100 acres, comprising luxury villas, value homes and premium apartments.

The amenities in the project include schools, a state-of-the-art sports stadium, office space, neighborhood shopping, multiplex, healthcare, clubs, nature trails, parks and EWS housing along with provisions for a police station and fire station.

Of the total 3,500 residential units, 98 units are villas. The project offers an initial price of Rs 6,000 per sq ft for villas and Rs 2,700 per sq ft for apartments.

The four BHK villas come in sizes, ranging between 4,000 and 4,800 sq ft. It offers facilities such as art village, nature trails, lush tropical landscape, green zones, state-of-the-art sports stadium, office spaces, school, signature club.

Speaking about the project, BCV Developers, CEO, Kailash Advani, said, “This project gives the residents a unique opportunity to ‘move to a better Bangalore’. The project will further accelerate infrastructure and real estate development contributing to the overall development of the region.”

In addition to the other facilities, the project will also have solar lighting and heating, rain water harvesting including revival of natural tanks in the land parcel, STP — treated water for landscaping and flushing and extensive landscaping efforts to preserve the existing trees and only plant native species – leading to lesser amount of water consumption.

The master plan of Brigade Orchards is designed by arch­itects NBBJ of Seattle and locally by CnT Architects. Landscaping architects Tropland will be designing the landscaping and Sandeep Khosla has designed the interiors of the model villas.
