The constructed area in the new project is ranging between 1,939 sq ft and 3,059 sq ft with a starting price of Rs 1 crore.
The project will provide eco-friendly facilities such as solar panels for every villa and a windmill in the campus. The project has become the first in Tamil Nadu to be pre-certified with platinum rating by the Indian Green Building Council for green homes concept even before the start of construction. “We realised the need of the HNI and NRI population in Chennai, who did not have access to international standard luxury villas. So we decided to cater to the housing needs of the upper middle class, starting with our 97-unit Signature villas at Medavakkam,” says Suresh Krishn, managing director, Isha Homes.
The Isha Mia villa project is the next step towards fulfilling the desires of this segment. “Our customers are looking for an independent safe, secure, pollution free, eco-friendly home, where residents can have a feel of community living with lower density. We have taken utmost care to make each unit a green and eco-friendly home,” Krishn added.
The villas have adequate water supply and will have rainwater-harvesting mechanism in place, along with a hydro-pneumatic water distribution system and sewage treatment plant. Solid waste from every home will be converted into manure in the waste management plant.
The residents will also have recreation, security and convenience facilities. It has a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, multi-purpose hall, library, pool table, children’s play area, jogging track, basketball court, tennis court, skating rink and park. A party lawn with gazebo will also be available.
“In the first phase, we will offer 50 villas, which will get completed in 18 months. The entire project will be ready in two years,” said Krishn.
