The first phase will offer 164 apartments in two and three BHK formats, priced at Rs 17 lakh and Rs 29 lakh, respectively
The project, to be developed in phases at a cost of Rs 500 crore, will offer semi-independent homes and will be spread over 44 acres. The first phase will be on seven acres and will offer 164 units. It will have two and three BHK houses that will come in sizes ranging from 895 sq ft to 1,299 sq ft.
“With the presence of several factories such as Renault-Nissan, Daimler, Hyundai, Caterpillar and Delphi TVS and other associated manufacturing units around Chennai, there was a need for quality homes closer to these units. Strategically locatd on the state highway, GreennTown will be the apt choice for people in search of easy commute, without compromising on convenience and luxury. Besides, it will also be a great investment opportunity for people looking to live away from the main crowded city,” said Pon Ravichandran, director, Green Tree Homes & Ventures.
The common facilities will include power back-up for individual houses, convenience store, multipurpose hall, STP, clinic, ATM, landscaped park and storm water drainage. Besides, the project is also in close proximity to educational institutions and hospitals.
GreennTown promises to offer a high quality lifestyle at competitive prices and the residential units are attractively priced at a special launch offer of Rs 17 lakh for two BHK and Rs 29 lakh for three BHK. The first phase of the project is slated to be completed by September 2014.
