Concorde launches villa project Napa Valley
The bangalore-based Concorde Group has recently launched a villa project ‘Napa Valley’ on 120 acres of land on Kanakapura Road.

Napa Valley, located close to Shri Shri Ravi Shankar’s Ashram, comprises over 1,000 luxurious villas ranging between 1,500 sq ft and 5,000 sq ft of personal space.

The project has an easy access to the IT corridors between Electronic City and North Bangalore, education institutions, an upcoming textile park and a Metro station.

“All of our villas have been hand picked for their location, quality and value for money,” the company said in a statement.

According to the company, Napa Valley is the first villa project coming up in Karnataka with Myovan, a Malaysian brickless technolgy.

Naren Reddy, head – marketing of Concorde Group, said, “Our insistence on quality and style has attracted the best properties, which consistently meet the needs of the high net worth individuals.”

The amenities in the project includes three-star club house spread across 10 acres, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, spa, swimming pool, cricket pitch, tennis and squash courts, billiards and table tennis rooms, library and crèche.

“Though located at the suburban areas, we ensure you that our projects are developed on spaces that are well connected to the city. The developed transport system of Bangalore and its adjoining areas will easily transfer you to any destination of your choice,” Reddy said.

Other upcoming residential projects of Concorde include Concorde Empire Space in Electronic City, Concorde Bellandur in Marathalli and Concorde Urban Oasis.
