Bangalore-based Brigade Group recently launched a project catering to the middle- income segment of the city. It launched its high quality value homes project - Brigade Meadows spread over 60 acres as an integrated township.

Eyeing to tap the connectivity provided by Bangalore metro rail, it has planned to develop 1,850 apartments in the first phase of the project. The project is being launched at price starting from Rs 19 lakh and is coming up next to the Art of Living campus on Kanakapura Road.

The project offers one BHK with a study room of 700 sq ft, two BHK of 900 sq ft and three BHK of 1,150 sq ft. The price for two BHK and three BHK starts from Rs 24 lakh and Rs 31 lakh, respectively.

The project also offers several common amenities, including swimming pool, clubhouse with gymnasium and parks. A hospital, school and shopping centre are also part of the proposed project. Brigade Meadows is well connected to the rest of the city and is just 30 minutes drive from Banashankari Temple.

At the launch of the project, MR Jaishankar, chief managing director of Brigade Group, said, “This is our first ‘value homes’ offering. Our commitment towards ‘a better quality of life’ prompted us to offer a high quality lifestyle to families who have always aspired to own a home at affordable prices. We are sure that this project will address the growing need for housing among the middle income group in Bangalore.”
