Akshaya offers homes in Metropolis II
Akshaya, a leading Chennai-based developer has offered ‘fully furnished homes’ as part of its Metropolis phase two. Akshaya had launched Metropolis residential apartment project on GST Road, a fast emerging manufacturing hub that is situated near Ford and Mahindra World City. The phase one is ready for possession and now phase two has been unveiled with fully furnished option.

The apartments will be two BHK and three BHK and come in sizes ranging from 1,391 sq ft to 1,799 sq ft. To be ‘ready to move in homes’, the apartments will be pre-fitted with furnishings and gadgets such as modular kitchen, hob, chimney, geysers, exhaust fan, ceiling fans and air-conditioners, besides wardrobe in bedrooms, curtains and lighting.

The Metropolis project offers amenities including, 24x7 security, back-up power generators, play area, jogging track, serviced apartments, commercial/shopping area, club house equipped with spa, jacuzzi, gym, swimming pool and business centre as well as landscaped gardens, tennis and squash courts, party zone and a movie hall.

“We set out to create Metropolis to deliver the best of lifestyle options to homebuyers and now the fully furnished homes will only add to that endeavour. We have maintained international standards. We have also provided thoughtful features and amenities,” says T Chitty Babu, chairman & CEO of Akshaya.

He described the project’s phase two as one that offers ‘plug & play homes with no common walls and which come with fully furnished home purchase plan’.

Akshaya has announced a launch price starting at Rs 3,400 per sq ft for the second phase of the project.
