Mumbai-based real estate developer, Equinox Realty has recently launched an exclusive residential villa project housed in a 40-storey tower of their signature residential project Waters Edge in Hebbal, Ban­galore. These premium homes named as ‘Villas in the sky’ are luxury four bedroom apartments equipped with 20 ft long lap swimming pool, Jacuzzi, control of lights, climate control, Italian marble flooring and customised interior specifications, which redefines luxury living.

While for a very brief period of time, the inaugural rate of the villas was Rs 8,000 per sq ft, the price currently hinges on Rs 8,800 per sq ft. The entire project is divided in to three phases and is set to be completed by 2016.
