‘Villas in the sky’ from Equinox in  Bangalore
Mumbai-based real estate developer, Equinox Realty has recently launched an exclusive residential villa project housed in a 40-storey tower of their signature residential project Waters Edge in Hebbal, Ban­galore. These premium homes named as ‘Villas in the sky’ are luxury four bedroom apartments equipped with 20 ft long lap swimming pool, Jacuzzi, control of lights, climate control, Italian marble flooring and customised interior specifications, which redefines luxury living.

The villas sprawl over 4,900 sq ft and are equipped with support facilities like house-keeping, concierge services, repairs and replacement works. Being among the tallest buildings in Bangalore, each apartment is open from three sides and enjoys a breath-taking panoramic view. The spacious apartments offer a private bar, study space, home automation system and high speed elevators to indulge lifestyle in living.

Speaking about this project, Equinox Realty, chief executive officer, Cherag Ramakrishnan, said, “Waters Edge offers world class living experience with premium and exclusive amenities, luxury and custom specifications to suit the needs of the buyer. ‘Villas in the sky’ is an epitome of luxurious and refined style specially crafted for the connoisseurs of fine living. These villas give one a feeling of exclusivity and exotic lifestyle in its true sense.”

There are about 38-40 exclusive apartments on sale by invitation only. While for a very brief period of time, the inaugural rate of the villas was Rs 8,000 per sq ft, the price currently hinges on Rs 8,800 per sq ft. The entire project is divided in to three phases and is set to be completed by 2016.

The project is associated with internationally reputed planners and consultants to create a product that reflects global standards and luxurious living. Some of the key consultants for the project include P&T Consultants, Singapore for the architecture, BuroHappold, UK, as structural and services consultants, Site Concepts, Singapore, as landscape consultants and Larsen & Toubro (L&T) for the construction.
