Disha Direct, a Mumbai-based developer, which is also into second home business, has launched Cidade Vida, a premium Goan theme residential project at Alibaug, near Mumbai, with an initial investment of Rs 10 crore.
Spread over 4.5 acres, in its first phase, the project offers nine buildings in stilt-plus-three storeys format. “It will also encompass boulevards, signage, town squares, sit-outs, flower pockets, lamp posts, markets, water’s edge, bikes and bicycles and every small detail of infrastructure development to give the feel of Goa,” Santosh Naik, managing director and CEO at Disha Direct told FC Build.
He said the “sea-rich Alibaug” is the most sought after destination for property buyers from all over India, who are looking ahead to live a better life away from the metropolitan clutter. “Owning a piece of property at Cidade Vida will be a lucrative investment,” Naik said.
The project will offer 231 Portugal style one, two, and three-BHK apartments ranging from 550 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft.
Citade Vida’s launch rate starts at Rs 3,999 per sq ft, but the firm is also offering limited period price of Rs 3,651 per sq ft till January 31. The firm said the price of the exclusive Goan apartments starts from Rs 19.9 lakh. “At the moment, we have launched a special scheme for customers who can pay 20 per cent of the cost at the time of booking and 80 per cent at the time of possession,” Naik said.
According to the firm, Cidade Vida project provides a luxurious club house, Bela Vida, endowed with cottages and contemporary recreation facilities like indoor games, swimming pool and garden, which recreate the magic of some of the most interesting tourist spots of Goa like Dona Paulo and Fort Adauda. Naik said some of the pristine beaches of Alibaug such as Akshi, Nagaon and Revdanda are close by to the Cidade Vida project.
The firm has, till date, completed 33 projects totalling three million sq ft and building 15 ongoing projects consisting of about three million sq ft, Naik said.
