OPEC has agreed to keep oil output targets:Delegate

OPEC ministers have agreed to leave oil output targets unchanged, an OPEC delegate told Reuters on Wednesday at a meeting here.

"Rollover," the delegate said.

In December 2008, the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) agreed to slash a record 4.2 million barrels per day (bpd) off output to rein in production at 24.84 million bpd but rising prices in the past year have encouraged members to pump extra oil.
