Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee today said that financial year 2009-10 was ending with clear signs of economic rebound and the growth would rise to about 8.5 per cent in the next fiscal.
The country's foreign exchange reserves grew by $31.5 billion in the first nine months of this fiscal, but credit for two out of every three of these dollars go to the rupee appreciation.
