Jubilant Organosys, an integrated pharmaceutical industry player and custom research and manufacturing services company, on Thursday said its board has approved the amalgamation and demerger of its agri-products and performance polymers division, besides renaming Jubilant Organosys as Jubilant Life Sciences.
