Yes Bank makes 150 campus recruitments

Private sector lender YES Bank today said it has made over 150 placement offers

to students in premier business schools across the country.

YES Bank is the largest recruiter in IIM-A and IIM-C with 13 offers each this year, a statement issued by the bank here said.

Apart from this, the bank is also one of the leading recruiters in tier-1 campuses in top business schools and CA campuses across the country.

Management graduates and CA professionals have been recruited from all IIMs, ISB, FMS, JBIMS, XLRI, SP Jain, NITIE, MDI, NMIMS and Symbiosis, amongst others, it further said.

Yes Bank's Founder, Managing Director and CEO Rana Kapoor said, "I sincerely believe that it is India's finest young management minds that have made YES Bank an Employer of Choice. We have focused on significant long-term strategic investment in our human capital to attain a leadership position in India."

"We have continuously infused innovative practices and new thinking in our 'organisational DNA', and attracted the best-in-class professionals, thereby ensuring highest quality human capital," Kapoor said.

With 151 offers till now this year, it takes the total strength of B-School recruits in YES Bank to over 400. These students will be internally placed across various business functions of the bank across the country, it said.
