Web-based platform for entrepreneurs, investors

Venturesutra, a web-based platform to connect entrepreneurs with venture capital, seed and angels investors for early and growth capital, was unveiled on Wednesday. It helps startups and growing enterprises with quick access to funding source. Over 160 entrepreneurs and 25 investors have joined Venturesutra.

Founder Abhijit Maheswari said the platform allows entrepreneurs to privately share their executive summary with multiple investors at one place and allow the investors to receive plans directly from entrepreneurs across India. It will help entrepreneurs tap early and growth capital from $ 500,000 to $ 10 million.

Investors can join on invitation to ensure that only qualified investors have access to business plans. The service offers both free-to-use and pay-to-use options. Business plans have to be vetted by Venturesutra in the free model. In the paid model that charges $ 100 for three months, the entrepreneurs can meet the investors directly.
