keen interest in investing in infrastructure projects in the state.

Thailand Ambassador to India Pisan Manawapat, who met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa at the Secretariat today, told her that his country was interested in investing in infrastructure projects in the State, an official release issued here said.

He also congratulated Jayalalithaa for her landslide victory in the April 13, Assembly elections and for becoming Chief Minister for the third time.

Manawapat was accompanied by Royal Thai Consulate General Chanchai Charanvatnakit, Royal Thai Embassy, New Delhi and First Secretary Chamsai Menasveta, among others, the release added.
