Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, who concluded his multilateral visit to United States and Brazil said that the "world hs taken a beingn view of India's rise." The Prime Minister also said that "unlike China, the world is not apprehensive about India's rise and we should take advantage." The Prime Minister on board his special aircraft Air India One said that the "the world wants India to succeed."

On his way to India aftern eight visit to United States and Brazil, the Prime Minister said that India also needs to tackle some domestic problems. " India's problems are at home. We should get our act together. We need to work to remove ignorance, poverty and disease," he said.
