Indian realty firm launches Dubai operations

Investors Clinic Infratech, a leading real estate marketing and brokerage firm operating under the brand name of Investors Clinic, has set up its first international office in Dubai.

The firm will cater to NRI demand and interest in the Indian realty market and will also help Indian expatriates identify properties globally.

Investors Clinic works with builders to market their developments

and also provides real estate brokerage services.

Started by first generation entrepreneur Honey Katiyal, it has

appointed cricketer Yuvraj Singh as brand ambassador.

Announcing the launch, Investors Clinic CEO Honey Katiyal said:

"In India, the firm has been showing more that 100 per cent growth

over the past four years and has projected revenues of over Rs 180

crore (USD 35 million) for FY2012."

"The company plans to expand and go global within the next few

years and will be setting up offices in other Gulf countries, as

well as in other countries wherever there is a sizeable Indian population,"

he said.

"Investors Clinic has helped around 15,000 home buyers and investors

in FY2011. It is currently working with more than 40 builders and

is involved with more than 145 projects," he added.

Katiyal said the market for Indian real estate in Dubai is ripe.

"Since our expansion, we have been able to successfully advise

NRIs on various real estate investment options. As a part of our

strategy to reach NRIs in UAE, we have decided to be a part of the

Indian Property Show scheduled from December 15-18 at the Airport

Expo Dubai. The show will act as the ideal platform to introduce

ourselves to the NRI community here," he said.

The company has launched home loan facilitation services and

also plans to launch turnkey solutions, covering electrical, woodwork,

bathroom and other fittings
