issues at the World Trade Organisation (WTO).

Talking to state television, he said that Pakistan will benefit from India’s support at WTO.

The Minister claimed that Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has accepted the invitation to visit Pakistan. He also emphasised that trade talks would be constructive.

To a particular question, he said Pakistan and India target to increase trade volumes. It will be increased up to 6 billion dollars in the next three years, he added.

He also said India wants stable and prosperous Pakistan. He expressed hope that barriers in bilateral trade will be removed and a golden era in trade relations between the two countries will begin.

The Minister said India and Pakistan have made preparations to allow banks to open branches in each other's countries and routes for the promotion of trade.

To another question, he said that business activities will soon be increased between the two countries and all the hurdles in this respect will be removed.

He said this will convey good intentions of the two governments to the trade community.
