Godrej Properties Q3 profit jumps 24%

Godrej Properties today reported 23.97 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit for the third quarter ended December 31, 2012, at Rs 35.48 crore.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 28.62 crore in the corresponding period previous year, Godrej Properties said in a filing to the BSE.

The consolidated total income during the third quarter also went up by 77.86 per cent to Rs 266.41 crore from Rs 149.79 crore in the year-ago period, it added.

Shares of the company were trading 0.35 per cent up at Rs 625 apiece on BSE during afternoon.
