The new solution called LIVE OS will help its travel partners offer services with easier integration process in a conducive environment
eRevMax, known in hotel industry for its next generation innovative e-products including 'RateTiger', has now come up with a single sign-on solution allowing hotels to access multiple technology providers. These include revenue management, central reservation systems, distribution channels, market intelligence tools, property management systems, guest management platforms and other services from one “easy to use” platform. The objective of the new solution called LIVE OS is to help its travel partner to offer services to more hotels with easier integration process.
The first hospitality operating platform – which connects technology providers to hotels – in an integrated environment. The world’s largest taxi firm, Uber, owns no cars. “We are looking for more hotel providers to partner with LIVE OS to add more value to our hotel clients. We have been receiving very positive feedback and would like them to take advantage of a great opportunity to have more access to global hotels. The LIVE OS platform makes it easy for hotels to access the providers they work within one solution with single sign on. The provider retains a stronger relationship with the hotel and gets the opportunity to reach out to thousands of hotels globally through the built in marketplace in LIVE OS,” said Reuel Ghosh, chief executive officer, eRevMax.

Hoteliers continue to increase online bookings through eRevMax platforms leveraging its seamless connectivity with over 300 global and regional OTAs and partners. These figures are based on the revenue generated by hotel clients using its reservation delivery services through RateTiger, RTConnect and LIVE OS solutions. The company has also processed 464 million ARI requests in 2016 initiated by clients on its robust and stable systems, said Udai Singh Solanki, chief technology officer at eRevMax.
Significantly, when it comes to India, online travel is growing at between 35-40 per cent in the country, the fastest in the world and the company is keen on leveraging that. Discerning travellers today look for competitive rates, exhaustive choices, room availability and last minute deals.
