MF assets up in February; strong flows in stock funds

Assets of mutual funds rose 1.08 percent to 7.7 trillion rupees in February with equity funds' net monthly collections at the strongest since July, data from the Association of Mutual Funds in India showed.

Equity funds received a net 18.49 billion rupees last month. They had collected 12.5 billion rupees in January, recording their first net inflows after five months. The following tables show net monthly investments in the last one year in billion rupees.
