offers luxury homes for high-end customers. Irfan Razack, CMD, Prestige Group, said, “Prestige White Meadows is a reiteration of the fact that quality and elegance never go out of style. We have always tried to match international standards in our designs and quality to create landmarks.”

The company has been developing luxury apartments and villas for several decades now, which has been primarily based on the growing demand for such properties. Even in this recessionary market where there has been a noticeable slump, the company still sees a demand for such projects.

“This demand is due to a lack of supply in the luxury segment. Keeping this in mind, we have launched Prestige White Meadows,” Razack pointed out.

Located in Whitefield, the IT hub of the city, the project comprises 214 sky villas in four high-rise towers of up to 27 floors and 66 villas.

The independent bungalows, ranging from 5,576 to 6,219 sq ft are three-storeyed structures set in a scenic streetscape. The residential towers offer a choice of single-level, duplex, triplex and penthouse with areas ranging between 6,651 and 12,066 sq ft.

According to the company, homes are designed as villas in the sky, effectively combining the twin benefits of undisturbed privacy and high-rise splendour. This experience is further enhanced in the triplex homes, located on the upper three levels of the towers, accompanied by floating swimming pools.

Prestige White Meadows also features fully accoutered clubhouse, dense and lush landscapes intermingled with a network of pedestrian trails, walkways and water bodies.

Prestige Group recently bagged the CNBC AWAAZ Crisil Credai Real Estate Awards 2009 in Dubai in two categories - best commercial property for the southern region, Cessna Business Park, and Best Residential Property (more than 5,00,000 sq ft) Prestige Kensington Gardens.

Cessna Business Park, promoted by Cessna Garden Developers, a subsidiary of the Prestige Group, is an approved IT/ITeS SEZ. Spread over 45 acre on the Sarajpur – Marathahalli ring road, the total built-up area of the project is about 4 million sq ft. The Cessna Business Park houses tCisco Systems' globalisation centre for the east, the company’s largest campus outside the US.

Prestige Kensington Gardens project comprises two and three bedroom homes in four towers, spread over 7.6 acre of lush green land.

According to the company, the award reiterates its position as south India’s leading developer. Receiving the award, Irfan Razack, CMD, Prestige Group, said, “This recognition is dedicated to the thousands of Prestige employees and staff who have worked tirelessly to transform these successes from engineering concept to design to final reality. At the Prestige Group, we believe that with these awards come greater responsibilities and we will definitely endeavour to live up to them”.

Kumari Selja – minister of tourism and housing & urban poverty alleviation, and Deepak Parekh – chairman, HDFC were present at the award function. The awards were presented at the Atlantis Hotel in Dubai on 23 January 2010.
