“Our intention is to grow by 20 per cent in our net growth by 2011 from 10 per cent at present. We are hiring 600 people for that in the next one year, especially for our research and development (R&D) activities. We would consider experienced candidates for that. However, we can look at some fresh graduates, too, depending upon their performance,” vice president (India Operations), GlobalLogic, Munish Gupta told Financial Chronicle.

He said the company is also looking at some mergers and acquisitions in the near future, which would compliment the expertise of the company. GlobalLogic has recently acquired Argentina based Cubika to help customers in the US with 200 employees. GlobalLogic, which provides product development lifecycle services to start-up, emerging and established technology companies, has around 3,200 employees worldwide.
