the next two to three years from its managed services provider (MSP) business.

Through managed services provider, the company claims that business houses can outsource the technology infrastructure while retaining all the control and security they need.

“After making significant investments in business systems over the last decade, enterprises find themselves spending a large part of their IT budgets and resources on managing, maintaining and supporting these systems,” K V Jagannath, managing director, Choice Solutions, said.

“By outsourcing some of these activities, companies can free up resources for investments in strategic projects and value-added activities in their core competencies.”

Jagannath said Indian businesses would be able to optimise their IT infrastructure through managed services, which would help them in tackling the prevalent economic slowdown.
