Tata Housing launches The Promont in Bangalore

Tata Housing Development Company has launched The Promont, a luxurious gated community of terraced hillside residences in Bangalore. Built on a hill at Banashankari in south Bangalore, The Promont is planned on a grandeur scale and is based on the concept of the hanging gardens of Babylon cascading down hill. It has four majestic apartment towers in Phase 1.

Brotin Banerjee, MD and CEO of Tata Housing Development Company, said, “The Promont is the vision and testimony of Tata Housing’s long standing reputation of fine construction and impeccable ethics. This masterpiece joins the family of fine luxury properties envisioned by us to redefine the face of luxury living in India”.

The four luxurious-apartment towers will offer a total of 320 exclusive 3 BHK and 4 BHK lavish apartments and penthouses that come in sizes ranging between 2,376 sq ft and 6,410 sq ft.

It will feature double-height lobbies complemented by double-height cantilevered terrace gardens in each of the 320 residences. The whole project will have 65 per cent open landscaped areas.

Luxuriously sprawled across three levels and 20,000 sq ft on top of an exclusive hill, The Promont’s clubhouse offers recreation and relaxation. It will also offer a fully equipped gymnasium, a squash court, golf simulation, a banquet hall, restaurant, lounge and bar, and many other leisure facilities exclusive to its residents.

“The prices of each unit varies between Rs 2.1 crore and Rs 4.5 crore. The total saleable area is 8,40,000 sq ft. The total investment in the project is Rs 650 to Rs 700 crore and it is expected to generate a revenue of over Rs 1,000 crore,” a senior company official said.

Living in The Promont would offer the residents an opportunity to experience more than the architecture or the proximity to Bangalore.

It’s about one’s own hilltop view that gives them a different panoramic view. It’s about private garden parties, sunset views and the rare piece of solicitude after hectic work schedule for the soul to relish. zz
