Saviour Builder, a Noida-based real estate developer, has launched a commercial project Saviour Street on the Crossing Republik on NH-24. Spread in about 2,700 sq mt area, Saviour Street is a mixed-use development project comprising commercial shops, office spaces, food courts and fun zones along with studio apartments. The completion of the project is slated for December 2013.

Elaborating on the demand for such mixed-use development, Sanjay Rastogi, director of Saviour Builder, said, “We are expecting huge influx of 30,000 —40,000 families and increasing demand of residential segment in Crossing Republik. Catering to this demand, we have launched Saviour Street which will fulfill the needs of the families — from grocery to medical, salons and food courts.”

The project consists of glass-glazed towers with lower ground plus seven floors. Lower ground, ground, first and second floor are fully dedicated to shops and office spaces. Third floor will have food court and entertainment zones. The remaining, fourth, fifth and sixth floor, will be having 40 well-furnished studio apartments with a swimming pool, club and gymnasium. The project also has two levels of parking space.

The shops will be between 125 and 400 sq ft big and will come with a price range of Rs 3,000 — Rs 10,000 per sq ft. The studio apartments will cost Rs 16 lakh.

Explaining about the locational advantage the project enjoys, Rastogi said, “The project has a unique advantage of being easily accessible to Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad. Definitely the location is a strong point. The area is trouble free, has all the amenities in its vicinity.”

Rastogi also said that the company is planning to come up with residential project on NH-24. “Seeing the demand in this area, we have plans to develop a residential project on NH-24 in the near future.” zz
