VLCC eyes Rs 750-cr turnover by 2010-11

"We expect that we will be able to achieve sales of Rs 750 crore by 2010-11. Besides this, we are continuously looking at expanding our presence both in the international and domestic markets," VLCC Founder and Mentor Vandana Luthra told PTI.
The company, which inaugurated its second plant in Haridwar had reported a sales of Rs 500 crore in the last fiscal.
"With the addition of the new facility, the company would be able to increase the number of products to 160 by the end of next year," VLCC said.
Luthra said, VLCC is looking at opening 100 centres across the country and 20 more centres in the international market, including countries like Eygpt, Greece and the UK ibn the next one and a half years. The company currently has 225 centres across India
.
The company had earlier announced that it will be investing Rs 300 crore in the next three years for its expansion plan, for which it is planning to come up with an IPO in the future.
