RPO firm Vati launches QuickHire

Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service provider Vati Consulting has announced the launch of “QuickHire”, a service that helps companies reduce the burden of multiple rounds of elimination to zero in on the right candidates.

Companies shortlisting candidates can finally take a breather! The process evolved by Vati Consulting is based on a solution that helps companies save not only time but costs, reducing the hiring costs by a significant 20 to 30 per cent.

A panel of experts from within Vati will evaluate the candidates and provide a final shortlist to their clients.

Vati’s service comes at a time when India Inc grapples with the task of selecting employable candidates from the vast pool of graduates.

Amitabh Das, founder and chief executive officer, Vati Consulting said, “Presently organisations spend considerable amount of time and effort to do the first few rounds of technical interviews which easily adds over 20-30 per cent to the total cost-per-hire. We take care of most of the recruitment process of the firm which can then focus on its core activities.”
