Versace to launch home-line collection

Another Italian brand Versace is pre-testing its new-home collection by selling it at its existing store at Emporio

Italian fashion brand, Versace will soon be opening its exclusive home-line collection store in DLF Emporio, New Delhi.

Abhay Gupta, Blue Clothing Company, executive director, says, “We have been approached by DLF Emporio to open an exclusive store in the mall.”

Another Italian brand Versace is pre-testing its new-home collection by selling it at its existing store at Emporio.

“Through Emporio we will first see the response to the home collection. We are not in a hurry. If the demand picks up, we will open the exclusive home-line stores across India.

We have not yet taken a decison anything on the

proposal from Emporio,” Gupta says.

Versace Home 2009 includes home furniture and furnishings from crockery, cushions, vases, and contemporary series of crystal geometric lamps to sofas/couches, dining/centre tables and chairs. The cost of the items can run into lakhs, with cheapest item priced at Rs 2,500. The customer will have to place an order at least 120 days in advance.
