The company sees "extensive opportunity" in manufacturing and selling of fabricated structural products, and plans to make equipment for agricultural and industrial applications, the company wrote in a letter to shareholders.

Currently, Punj Lloyd offers design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management services in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, South Asia and the Caspian.
