IRB Infra's consolidated net profit marginally down by 1.2%

IRB Infrastructure Developers today reported a marginal 1.2 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 131.3 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.

The company had a net profit of Rs 133 crore for the same period last fiscal.

However, the total income of the company went up to Rs 779 crore for the third quarter, over Rs 680 crore for the corresponding period of fiscal 2010-11, the company said in a filing to the BSE.

The board of directors of the company, it said, have declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.80 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each for the year.
