Gati Q3 Net up 11%

Logistics player Gati today posted 11.21 per cent rise in its net profit at Rs 5.85 crore for the December quarter.

The company, which is present in express delivery and supply chain management, had posted a post tax net at Rs 5.26 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, it said in an exchange filing.

Its total income was up 12 per cent at Rs 338 crore during the reporting quarter versus the Rs 302 crore, it said in an e-mailed statement.

Gati shares were trading at Rs 36.10 apiece, up 1.55 per cent, on the BSE, whose 30-share benchmark was up 0.82 per cent.
