24/7 Customer to hire 5,000 SIM advisers by March 2012

The firm has added 1,000 employees for SIM services in the past nine months. The new employees will be part of SIM teams based in 24/7 Customer’s delivery centres in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
24/7 Customer provides Px Solutions, which focus on containing end-users on websites by predicting their problems and resolving them in real time, to Fortune 500 companies across the telecom, BFSI, travel and retail verticals.
