Toyota launches Etios Xclusive priced up to Rs 7.10 lakh

Toyota Kirloskar Motor today launched a special edition of its mid-sized sedan Etios, priced up to Rs 7.10 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Only 900 units of the 'Etios Xclusive' limited edition, which comes with both petrol and diesel engines, would be on sale, Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) said in a statement.

The petrol variant of the model is priced at Rs 5.98 lakh while the diesel version of the car would retail at Rs 7.10 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

"As a part of Toyota's commitment towards the changing customer requirements, the new Etios Xclusive has been introduced to bring in freshness and exclusivity to the existing product," TKM Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing N Raja said.

Conceived and designed for the Indian market, the Etios series has so far sold over 2 lakh units in the country since its launch in 2010.

The Etios range is also sold across various other right hand drive markets like South Africa, Srilanka, Mauritius, Zimbabwe, Seychelles, Nepal, Bhutan, Brazil and Argentina.
