Real story of CREDIT CARD

Tags: Blogs
I hold a credit card of HSBC Bank since Apr - 2006. The problem started with TATA AIG coming in . One of the representative from TATA AIG Called me and explained that they have a tie - up with HSBC for medical insurance. He told me that the first month the installment will be 10/-, Next month onwards it will be 701. I accepted it but the document which i received from TATA AIG did not resemble the telephonic call.

Suddenly i asked HSBC bank to stop paying to TATA AIG. They stopped it. After several mails to TATA AIG they refunded the amt back to my HSBC Account.

Now the problem is the HSBC people. They are sending me bills again and again putting some late payment fee, FInance charges etc. I contacted the cus care of HSBC ( to explain them what actually happened did not work ) but they are telling the collection deparment does nt have any office address they only have phone number and when i contacted that office they tellme that this is not collection department.

Also 2 times i received a call from HSBC representative that i am having a balance of Rs. 3000+. One person also threatened me.

So ultimateley my feeling is the banks is trying to get money from its customer by any means. Also the customer is not allowed to voice his feelings.

Also i have cut the card and thrown it away, but now also i am receiving credit card statement that u have to pay 3000+ with each month having a late payment fee

I can prove this, Since i have all the bills with me and also the mails i have wriiten to them.
