BofA likely to appoint Noski as CFO: Report

Bank of America Corp is likely to appoint Charles Noski as its chief financial officer, a move aimed at helping the bank recover from financial crisis, says a media report.

The company is expected to announce the appointment today, The Wall Street Journal reported. 57-year-old Noski would take charge at BofA on May 11, the report said. He has held CFO position at AT&T Corp from 1999 to 2002.

The CFO slot at BofA has been in limbo for months. The post was previously held by Joseph Price, now president of consumer, small-business and card banking division of BofA.

According to the publication, Noski would work from the Bank's Charlotte headquarter.
